This item was sold as a preorder item, and it is clearly stated at the time of purchase that there is a 4-week turnaround plus shipping Each piece is individually tailored and made specifically for the customer once the order is placed.

We also clearly state that customs delays may occur and that shipping times can vary once dispatched. In addition, our policy explains that we do not accept returns or refunds on Shell Collection orders, as these pieces are custom-made to order.

We are fulfilling this order within the stated timeframe, so for the customer to go against our clearly outlined policy and open a dispute is not acceptable.
